Our background includes serving as Systems Administrator and Systems Analyst for an Alzheimer's research medical facility — managing HIPAA-compliant patient data storage systems, designing databases, and developing custom software solutions. Another 16 years were spent in a West Virginia county Assessor's Office as the de facto IT administrator — handling user support, GIS and tax mapping, and coordination with state-level database systems.
